1. The QSC facility is available for use by members only
2. All users must be registered with the Q Card scheme.  If you have not yet registered for a Q Card click here.
3. Users who make a court or pitch booking will be held responsible for all players and guests who attend the QSC during that session and must ensure that he/she adheres to the Sports Club terms and conditions at all times - in particular car parking and courtesy to other Quorum users.
4. QSC reserves the right to withdraw Q Cards (and therefore booking rights) from any disruptive user(s).  The minimum withdrawal will be 3 months and any such actions taken will be reported to the users employer.
5. Users are asked to use their own sports equipment.  Nets/posts/goals are supplied and erected by QSC.
6. There is no parking available at the QSC and users are therefore asked to park in the spaces designated to their employer.
7. Please be aware that there are no WC or changing facilities within the QSC – users are advised to use the facilities provided at their offices.
8. When making a booking at short notice you should contact Security in advance of your session on 07850 776 003 to activate the floodlights (if required).
9. Studded footwear is prohibited at all times - players are advised to wear rubber or dimpled soles. 
10. Booking conditions
    If users have not arrived for a pre-booked court 10 minutes after the start time, the court will be released for use by other users.
    If a booking needs to be cancelled, 48 hours notice should be given. If a court is not cancelled (no show) or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, users will lose their booking rights for a period of 1 month.
    Quorum Development Partners reserves the right to pre-book courts for coaching sessions, events and maintenance.

11. Health Disclaimer
    Users participate in activities at the QSC at their own risk.  No responsibility or liability is accepted for any loss or damage suffered by an individual as a result of the use or misuse of the Quorum Sports Club facilities.
12. Limitation of liability
    Quorum Development Partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect or incidental damages or injury whatsoever resulting from the use of the Quorum Sports Club facilities and equipment.
