Quorum offers a FREE cycle hire service for use by employees to travel for business or leisure purposes throughout the working day.

There are three hybrid bicycles for hire fully equipped with a pannier bag, basket, repair kit, bicycle pump, helmet, bell, lights and security lock.

How the scheme works:

• You will need to be a member of the Q Card Scheme
• Once you have read the user guidelines you will need to complete the statement of declaration the first time you hire a bike.

Hiring a Pool Bike

• We recommend that you telephone the Commuter Centre on  0191 287 1148  to check that there is a bicycle available
• You will need to collect the bicycle from the Hub @ Q5 and present your Q Card
• You will be asked to sign in/out of the booking form

We recommend that you read the cycling section of Road Traffic Act and Highway Code before using the pool bikes.

Overnight Hire

Anyone hiring a pool bike overnight must leave a deposit of £20 which will be refunded when the bicycle is returned.
